Our factory is located at Manta, a city of Ecuador at the south Pacific coast, it have inside the 90% of the mundial production of this natual-ecological product.

The production process starts whit the buying and selection of the tagua nut to the ecuatorians farmers. They are saving the natural research gettin the palm with natural methods.

The tagua nut is spread in concreted yards where the action of the sun proceeds to dry it, to be located in the latitude 0�, we guarantee a process of natural drying of 100%, because this geographic positioning allows us to have 12 continuous hours of sun. After the natural drying, the tagua nut is classified by size to obtain both better faces and later on in the turn machine to offer the ideal size of the corozo disk.
